Made in Denmark.

With an already solid foundation as a supplier for aquaculture in Norway, the Faroe Islands, and Chile, Oxymat has completed the development of the Nordic Generator series, Half pallet, Pallet and the larger O200 series. The production has moved back to Denmark and the generators are produced at the world’s most automated and high-tech PSA factory. With its 88 employees, Oxymat is the world’s largest generator manufacturer.

High quality will be presented at Aqua Nor.

Oxymat will participate as exhibitor at Aqua Nor (20-23 August 2019) with its own stand in Hal A stand 173. The complete Nordic Series will be launched at Aqua Nor for the aquaculture industry.

Over the past 25 years, Oxymat has supplied oxygen generators to Norway. The applications for oxygen in aquaculture are many: RAS plants, well boats, lice removal, ozone treatment. This is the reason why Oxymat is extremely proud to have developed a new generation plant that can cover all queries for oxygenation to aquaculture.

25 years of experience in aquaculture.

At Aqua Nor, customers and visitors will experience 25 years of development that Oxymat has been through. From the first aquaculture oxygen generator installed in 1995 at 8 kg / h to the world’s largest smolt plant of 640 kg / h, which was installed in the Faroe Islands in 2019. And the installation on the world’s largest wellboat Ronja Storm 2018. These references and customers do not come by themselves. Oxymat has for 25 years been the forerunner of the development of oxygen plants that are adapted to the customer’s needs and requirements for safe supply of oxygen. Aquaculture is developing rapidly, and the biomass of fish is growing due to the growing supply and demand of meals on the table. This will significantly increase the demand for oxygen in the future.

The climate-friendly solution.

The fish farming market will be able to benefit greatly from self-production of oxygen. The Nordic Oxygen Generator series is the most climate-friendly solution for oxygen on the market. Contrary to getting liquid oxygen on tank, no polluting trucks are required.

With a documented energy consumption of 0.55kW / kg oxygen 93% purity, breeders will get a solution that is economically advantageous. In most cases, return on investment (ROI) is less than 2 years. In addition, there is a focus on high reliability and quality. We have gathered a lot of know-how from our customers and Oxymat always helps the customer to find the right solution.

Sublim module construction.

With the new unique module structure on both the Half Pallet, the Pallet and the O200 series, it is easy to find the structure according to the customer’s wishes and requirements. This often also includes a backup solution that provides a safe and stable oxygen supply.

Success is linked to know-how.

Success comes with unique know-how, service and quality. Oxymat and partners are ready to deliver this new Nordic Module-built Generator series.

What benefits do you get in Oxymat’s development program?

  1. Energy consumption is reduced from 1 kWh per kilogram of oxygen to 0.55 kWh per kilogram of oxygen. OPEX Reduction of 35%
  2. Communication to and from the plant
  3. Small units can be shipped in 20-foot standard containers – modularly constructed
  4. Project management and approval procedures
  5. The plant is made for a saline environment:
  • Stainless steel
  • Offshore surface treatment
  • Less noise
  • Modular and upgradeable
  • Control system developed with fish farmers, power failure management
  • Smaller plants used 40% less material
  • Infinite life
  • Simple alarms and indications (LED status lights)
